**Discounted consultations are available in limited numbers and on an individual basis.

Consultation Framework

General

• Individual consultations last 50 minutes, while couples consultations last 90 minutes. Sessions begin at the agreed time.
• In case of late arrival, we are unfortunately unable to extend the duration of the session.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session cannot be held.

Payment

• Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or Revolut.
• The invoice will be sent by email after the session.
• Before the first session, 50% of the consultation fee is required to be paid in advance.
• For invoicing purposes, your full name and residential address are required. This information will be reported to the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV) as part of the invoicing process.

Cancellation Policy

For appointments that have already been booked:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session is free of charge.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment requires payment of the full consultation fee. Exceptions apply in cases of force majeure, in which case 50% of the fee is payable.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All consultations are subject to professional confidentiality. Your psychological and personal information is protected as part of the psychologist's professional duty of confidentiality.
• Your personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. You will not receive any marketing communications or promotional messages from us.
